| It
gives me great pleasure to inform you of my first event, as
the B & P chairperson. The event took place on the 26th
March this year at The VIP lounge. This was the first event,
of its kind, to have attracted over three hundred esteemed guests.
In addition to the magnitude, the dinner was a commercial success
for LCNL. We, at B & P, were particularly flattered with
the diverse age groups of attendees, which ranged between 18
and 85. |

| Therefore,
it was a privilege to see business and professional people present
at various levels in their career. Acquiring such admirable
speakers and sponsors has given me great satisfaction. I believe
that this has provided a concrete foundation stone for future
events of this sort. I am grateful to the President Amratlal
Sodha to give me this great opportunity to be the chair person
of B&P. Also we are grateful to following organisations

| Secondly,
a large part of the success of the evening was due to two truly
insightful speeches by Mike Jatania & Kavita Maharaj. I

and all the executive committee members for helping to organise
the programme. Special thanks Subhash Thakrar being the MC for
the evening. Thanks to The VIP Lounge for their venue and The
Indian Orchid for their outstanding cuisine. Finally, to all
